The 83rd Annual Ludwig's Corner Horse Show
September 5-7, 2026

Welcome to our annual Labor Day Weekend Horse Show! We are thrilled to have you join us for three exciting days of competition, camaraderie, and celebration of the sport we all love.

On behalf of our entire team, thank you for choosing to spend your holiday weekend with us. We know you have many options when it comes to showing, and we are deeply grateful for your continued support. We hope you and your horses have a safe, successful, and truly enjoyable show.

2026 Prize List

Pre-Entries are encouraged and close Thursday, August 27 at 9 p.m.

After creating your online entry, please be sure to click “SUBMIT” to properly complete your entry to the show. Horseshowing.com will send you an email confirmation of your entry.

Post entries MAY be accepted until 5 p.m. Friday, September 4, and will incur a $30 post entry fee. No day of show walk-ins. The $35 office fee is non-refundable and applies to all entries (Lead Line exempt). A $25 Grounds/EMT fee applies to all entries. A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 will be required to submit entries. This non refundable deposit will be fully credited to your horse show account.

Pre-Register by August 27 to be included in the rider/trainer/location list in the program!

Credit Card Authorization Form

The show office will be open Friday before the show from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and reopens at 7 a.m. each morning during the show. The show office closes promptly at 5 p.m.

Entry forms must be accompanied in the show office with a current negative Coggins for each horse/pony. Entries can be paid by cash or check made payable to “LCHSA”, but all entries MUST have a credit card on file for incidentals or classes that may be applied to your account after you check out. Entries paid by credit card must have a completed credit card authorization form on file. Checks must have a daytime phone number on them. All returned methods of payment will be subject to a $100 processing fee. Any fees associated with collecting unpaid entries will be the responsibility of the rider and/or owner.

Stalls are $250 for the entire weekend. Stalls are available at 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 4. Reserve your stabling by August 21 via HorseShowing.com. All stalls must be paid for by August 21, or will be released. No refunds on stalls for any reason. Stalls are 10’x10’ with doors.

Alyssa Murphree Media is our official show photographer. Other photographers are allowed. Exhibitors are encouraged to book with our recommended photographer in advance, if they wish to have their classes professionally shot.

Private client photographers are permitted. Any photographers advertising photography or videography services for exhibitors prior to or during the Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show are to submit a vendor registration form, certificate of insurance, and fee of $250 per individual photographer for the duration of the show.

To ensure a professional and safe environment for our exhibitors and staff, personal or private client photographers and unauthorized media personnel are not permitted inside the show rings during award presentations or otherwise without explicit permission from the Official Photographer or a member of LCHS staff.

Photographer Registration

NO passenger cars are allowed in trailer parking. Please ensure all your tack and supplies are with the trailer before you leave for the show.

Find a downloadable exhibitor parking pass on the Ludwig's Corner Horse Show www.horseshowing.com page. Place it on your vehicle dashboard or keep on your phone to show at the main entrance. Limited car parking passes are available for purchase on Horseshowing.com to those who have purchased a stall.

Overnight trailer parking is located at the Ludwig’s Corner Fire Company.

A Winner’s Circle is located at the back end of The Rosato Oval and near the Show Office. All riders may take their photos in either location with their ribbons, trophies and awards.

Trophy winners at Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show are presented with beautiful trophies which are then engraved with their names next to the past winners. Perpetual trophies are retained by the horse show.

The Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show is a member of the following points associations.

No outside tents/canopies are to be erected around the competition rings, but are allowed by the trailers and stabling.

A limited number of 10’x10’ spaces above Ring 2 will be available for exhibitor families/barns to reserve. Pitch your own canopy for $50 per day. Pay for tent reservations via PayPal @LudwigsShow and include LAST NAME and DAY(S) to reserve your space. First come, first served. Canopies must be secured.
