PHOTOGRAPHER REGISTRATION

Alyssa Murphree Media is our official show photographer. Other photographers are allowed. Exhibitors are encouraged to book with our recommended photographer in advance, if they wish to have their classes professionally shot.

 

Private client photographers are permitted. Any photographers advertising photography or videography services for exhibitors prior to or during the Ludwig’s Corner Horse Show are to submit a vendor registration form, certificate of insurance, and fee of $250 per individual photographer for the duration of the show.

 

To ensure a professional and safe environment for our exhibitors and staff, personal or private client photographers and unauthorized media personnel are not permitted inside the show rings during award presentations or otherwise without explicit permission from the Official Photographer or a member of LCHS staff.

Passes may be picked up at the show and are non-transferable.

Your application is approved upon receipt of all requested information, materials, and payment. Passes may be picked up at the show and are non-transferable. Violation of these policies may result in revoked access without refund.
